How are people even comparing the crown prince to asriel the pope? Sure, they both did her dirty but asriel only had pure intentions to give her the freedom he thought she wanted. Was it wrong of him to make that decision for her and even ruin what she had been working for? Absolutely. But he so obviously did NOT wish her harm or pain and genuinely felt he was doing the right thing for her. Meanwhile the crown prince was an absolute piece of filth who only wanted to see the princess set aside her pride and dignity and beg to be by his side because of his insecure fragile ego, and when she didn’t do that he went crazy and pushed his own blame and sorrow onto her. Calling them both trash is crazy work to me bc the only trash is the emperor and the crown prince. Asriel was just a guy who wanted to do good but went about it in a bad way. He’s not trash, he’s just flawed and deserves his forgiveness because regardless of how he did it his only real purpose was for Ersia’s happiness and freedom imo.

Yeah yeah yeah he’s an asshole but I’m actually curious how the actual hell you can redeem someone who killed your family/bloodline…what I hate the most is that she still loved him for 3 years after that? They’re so well written idc I love their fuck all personalities but I really hope mc stays unwavering in his emotions for ml, for anyone who likes this story I definitely recommend “can’t think straight” it’s the same dynamic between the mc and ml as this one except the ml on cts is slightly homophobic (not for long tho LOL)

I know half of you are here from “yours to claim” which I agree is an absolute shit show and is one of the only BL I had to drop bc I literally could NOT tolerate it. I didn’t even realize this story was the same author until towards the end when the new art style looked awfully familiar (hmm where have I seen these extremely hot characters before…ML looks like yahwi…mc looks like jooin…WAITTTTT) but let’s be honest, the plot wasn’t bad and the story was actually going somewhere not sure where exactly but it was definitely going somewhere unlike yours to claim lmao. I liked the idea of the stones being able to connect you to someone you really want to see, was anyone in this story reasonable? Honestly? Not really but in terms of it all being enjoyable, you stayed to read all 80+ chapters so surely it kept you interested right? Anyways the author def needs someone to revision their stories but also huge shout out to that major art glow up because holy hell it changed and it changed for the good especially with how insanely attractive every character is in their current art style even in yours to claim the story may be shit but the characters sure are hot lmao.

I’m so tired of the extremely toxic abusive stories they’re so boring and overused, I really loved this one a lot because it was cute, funny, light hearted, emotional and people in this story actually had a real personality for once. Please recommend stories similar to this! (In case anyone recommends it I’m already reading can’t think straight and part time partner which aren’t exactly like this BL but in terms of the ML not being abusive/belonging in jail but having some issues of their own that will be solved ) basically any stories where the characters aren’t committing literal crimes lmao would be great to have recommendations!
