yes it is rape. if someone is incapable of giving valid consent, like when they are intoxicated or drugged, it is classified as sexual assault

Even then it's rape, just cuz you are dating doesn't mean consent for sex isn't necessary

being in a relationship with the person doesn't justify it. consent is continous in a relationship. martial rape still exists for a reason

Yea sometime they can just give them a lil hint and pick it up buttt abt this topic it would be rape as they are drunk but who knows if they say ok when they drunk but when they sober they would regret it or not

I would say it would be, youre aware that the person was under the influence and took advantage of that, which is non consensual.
