As the manga is ending I read a little bit of the webcomic (many chaps were missing) just for seeing the difference and I found out the reason Hori bit miyamura was because he came inside while they were doing it lmaoooo (that's why miyamura says it's revenge) also apparently it was Hori herself who told miyamura to come inside (god lord). Before having sex they also kinda talked about miyamura's self harm and stuff (like his piercings)

On side note I kinda feel bad for Dylan I mean homeboy has fallen hard while Charlize is only using him (for now) but it's not really a bad thing atleast MC is not a weak ass poorly written character who loses motivation by the middle and falls in love with the person who killed her family or herself and marries the same person , overlooking all her trauma and misery as insignificant and showing it can be easily overcome like in many other manhwas.
