Idk how she does it, if my husband left me for a younger woman I would have definitely crashed out a long time ago. Also guys let’s try and be reasonable, she knew him since they were in school and we as readers only saw how he treated her bad but for her it didn’t start out like that, so it’s gonna take her some time to get over it and I love how the creator is able to portray this accurately because this stuff does happen in real life and not everyone can just forget about their significant other in a day
“The novel is so much better” ok then go read it ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍, let us manhwa only readers read in peace
I do think the novels tend to portray emotions and angst much better. But in the case of this novel, the novel vs manhwa argument shouldnt even apply cause they're both verrrryyyy different. For instance the royal family wasnt there during the executions, the Duke hadnt soften towards Edith, and the Duchess hadnt regained consciousness. So we are getting two different endings which makes me more excited about it.
I agree that people always bringing up novels on the comments can get annoying. But sometimes I appreciate it cause I end up reading the novel and get to see the little details that were skipped. Sometimes manhwa scenes are tone down scenes so much the whole weight and importance of it is thrown out the window. That being said comics are my preferred reading medium.
IM EATING UP THIS MEMORY LOSS ARC (yes its a common trope but im VERY interested on how they’re gonna deal with it )
omg same i love this trope here and (hoping) to see some regret arc too
