Pan x Qiu is just not my favorite ship... I don't hate them together, but I don't really love it either.
Not that I think such an age gap can't work, I'm just not really feeling it for these two. The gap is not so much about their age, but their mentality and personalities... Imo
I think Qiu needs someone more his age, whom he could grow and mature with at his own pace, rather than constantly feeling he needs to catch up to them.
And Uncle Pan would need someone who can get him to relax a bit and be a little more carefree, but can still act maturely and responsibly when it counts...
The translation in the latest chapters is really wonky... Though I could understand the outline and major points, the finer details of conversion was completely lost on me.
Such a shame...

The scene were Sir Trigger holds Cloe is honestly the most romantic in the entire webtoon imo.
The whole thing has just been so clichéd and cringy so far.
But maybe this mess could be saved if Cloe started getting romantic with one of the servants or knights (Cloe x Trigger - I ship it!) and then she could become good friends with the Archduke instead, helping him realise not all women are selfish and calculating as he seems to think.

I get that the translator was tired of waiting on chapters, and it was super nice of them to then translate on their own and share it with us!
Just... It might've been good to not rush as much doing so or to get someone to proofread before publishing, cause some parts are really confusing; Names that change, sentences that don't quite make sense and inconsistent language. I think I've probably missed a few points, bc I couldn't quite decifer the text...
Ofc I couldn't do much better as I don't even speak the original language of the webtoon.
And it will probably be good practice/experience for the new translator. So good on them!
