I like comics's feed

I think our protagonist might be intersex?

I mean I know this comic has a whole gimmick about him looking like a girl so I didn't think it was that deep
But with the whole hormones and Body fat not being distributed correctly for males makes it seem like he's going through female puberty.

I'm probably looking too much into it but at this point, I can't tell if the author is doing this on purpose
