They didn't say anything about setting rules about what and when to comment... Please calm down. They weren't being rude to you, too. They only pointed out that if you had continued on reading, you will find the answers to you asked.. I know you meant it as a rant, but do remember that the dad and the son is the 'villain' in the novel the Mc read about, so it's understandable why she behaved the way she did around the Dad at first. She believes that the son became evil because of a trauma, but she never thought that he was already 'evil' from the start because he was already being raised that way. Plus, it'll take time for her to get used to the 'era' she's. Do note the world difference. It'll take her time to realize and accept that our norms are very very different from the novel's..
