Technically it's not a lie yet. They never really talked or got to know each other before, so all he ever really had to go on was his looks.
Hehe, true. I suppose crushes are always initally based on looks, but I think he's trying to downplay how much he actually likes him. But then I am very much a rose-tinted glasses kinda creature, so I'll just stay here in my romantic bubble. :P
I'm a pretty patient reader, but I kind of need this plot to move along a little bit now.
Now I am, with much anticipation, looking forward to a future imagined scene where Inseo declares to his parents: "Yihyeok and I are madly in love and there's nothing you can do about it!" ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ (Hopefully he will skip the "Hey, Yihyeok and I had sex" bit though! Rofl!)

Unfortunately the worst time to tell somebody how you feel about them is when they are breaking up with somebody else or struggling to understand their own feelings towards somebody.
