i finally got caught up with everything, and it genuinely was such an emotional rollercoaster. i feel like i just watched a 5 season long drama（/TДT)/
at first i was really suspicious of harari, especially since she came into the story with so much aggression. but now on chapt 126, i understand shes just warning and being considerate of pereshati. i feel like harari opened up the area for us to think about pereshati's future and her own wellbeing. before, pereshati just went about her life in the grand duchy without a single worry for her own well being. harari can also be seen as a parallel for pereshati and kind of foreshadowing a possible outcome for her future. though, i still dislike harari a lot, especially for her behavior towards her own family, but i cant judge since we dont know if the family was truly being distant and cold towards her or not.
ALSO, I JUST WANNA SAY, THIS SLOW BURN ACTUALLY HAD ME GRIPPING THE EDGE OF MY SEAT
i feel like shes pretending to be all nice and forgiving while she prepares her plan
im actually getting to enjoy the dynamic of the emperor and lass now. before, the ml was just focused on the empire bc those were purely his duties and all the other women didnt show enough value to lead the empire alongside him. when he realized the value of lass after the countless times shes won for the empire, thats when he genuinely started developing feelings for her. its easier for people with the similar intentions/goal to develop feelings for each other. thats why i feel like his character growth is deff worth noting
so like guys i love callisto with my entire heart and hes carrying this so hard.
