the pacing is so off it gets hard to connect the events, and makes me constantly doubt MC's intellect. Her actions are laughable and lack finesse, ig in a way it reflects a high school student's idea of revenge, so maybe it's realistic, but it's still really frustrating to read because the manhwa is All over the place. The construction of royalty and the feudal system in this is laughable; no matter what most isekai manhwas atleast Try to emulate etiquette and deference you'd come to expect from those settings, which is almost entirely undermined here. The art style doesn't match the story either, and the poor storyboarding and pacing make it seem even worse for the wear. I wish more thought and care went into this adaptation, but I suppose not every manhwa can do that successfully. It's a shame, bc the premise is interesting, but the execution is really, really lacking.

please let this be lesbian I don't want to be misled by cover again

:0 thanks for telling me, I'll go and support them there. I wasn't aware it was lisenced (checked the earlier uploads and they only mentioned the Chinese raws app, I presumed someone by themselves or as a team were working on transaltions) thanks for telling me. Also Oriion here's the link: https://www.webcomicsapp.com/comic/5f2bd90a8c252b2eb429683d

Each Slayer position is meant to oppose (alongside their worshippers/ followers etc probably) one of the twelve great families but Yama's having a pretty difficult time with Yasratcha already (tho I will concede that the later has special power over Yama due to circumstances eg entrapping canines, being able to control them at will etc); I can hardly imagine him even going toe to toe with Lo Po Bia head. The thought of slayers successfully laying waste to entire families (esp the khun family which is ugh.. prolific to say the least and also extremely overpowered) is unthinkable. Karaka going up against Zarhard is pretty much a plot impossibility (since ya know, Bam) but to know that's the position he occupied amongst the slayers was initially that is.. concerning.
Then again I think that's one of the charms of ToG, what with SIU being able to pull off insane narrative feats while making them believable. Hope this works out without too many deux ex machinas on Bam's part.
seems like such a waste of a life well lived, and yet is a testament and part of existence. It's so heavy how Jemma had to pass away at an early age, but in a way it is also merciful for him to have lived a life so full of love and fond memories. My heart aches for his father who had to not only bury but carry the ghost of their child for so long. I hope they can now both find peace in whatever sense of afterlife that exists in the fictional world.
