he could possibly be a love child but he's definitely not Touya that's my theory. we heard them talk about how endeavor wanted a successor, i believe before endeavor found todorki's mom he was messing with some other girl had dabi and saw he was useless and left his ass all time ago, i dont think dabi can be touya because the way endeavor was behaving when we find out touya died it was something that obviously tore him up and shit so to me no matter what he would of recognized something in dabi that reminds him of touya when they met and endeavor didn't even bat an eye in that way
we'll see since we couldn't see what fuck he said when hawks asked who was he, anything to keep the suspense going lol
My belief is that he is Touya. But only partly. I think he died and they made off with his body like Oboro. All that's left of Touya inside Dabi might be a deep hatred of his father and the knowledge that Todoroki is significant to him somehow.
I don’t really see Endeavour as the type to have played around before marrying Rei considering he went to all that effort to force her to marry him because he was looking for a quirk that would not only make a more powerful successor but would also off-set the drawbacks of his quirk. So, to me at least, it doesn’t really make sense for him to have a secret love child.
I’m a firm believer that Dabi is Touya, to answer both of you. Just because they think Touya is dead doesn’t mean he can’t be alive lol - Ujikyo, for instance, could have played a role in making Endeavour think Touya was dead. Furthermore, about recognition, I doubt you would recognize your son if he showed up 10 years later, scarred to hell with a deeper voice (as young Touya likely hadn’t gone through puberty yet) AND your face has just been messed up by a high-end nomu and you’re running on fumes.
It’s not just Endeavour stuff though, that leads me to think Dabi = Touya. Touya is supposed to have had a fire quirk stronger than Endeavour but he also inherited Rei’s weak constitution - i.e. that would explain not only Dabi’s scarring but also why using his quirk hurts him (when he steams and when Geten literally pointed out his quirk damages him when he uses it). There’s also Dabi’s strange thing about using the Todoroki’s full names in fights (and Hawks) which doesn’t really serve a purpose except he has ONLY done it to Shouto, Endeavour and Hawks. Furthermore, would Hawks’ reaction to his name have been so visceral had Dabi been some unknown Todoroki? The Todoroki’s can’t possibly be the only family with that last name. Plus, Hawks went right into a flashback about Endeavour so unless Dabi’s blacked out bubble said, “I’m Endeavour’s son, lovechild todoroki,” then I doubt Hawks immediately would have thought about Endeavour. If he knows the identities of the league, then it’s possible he knows of Touya, too. It doesn’t really make logical sense either to withhold Dabi’s identity for so-long either just for him to turn out NOT to be Touya. Plus, Dabi is confirmed to be a firm believer in Stain’s preaching - wouldnt Endeavour be the perfect classification of a false hero? While I guess that could fit with your love child theory, it’s doubtful to me since he wouldn’t have had much contact with his father if he was a love child. Dabi being Touya, however, puts him in the epicentre of trauma and pain - the oldest son used until the youngest is born, tossed away and his mother is physically abused by their so-called hero father? AND considering Endeavour played a heavy part in whatever happened to Touya... it’s enough to suggest Dabi would want revenge and to fulfill Stain’s ideologies. (And he seems to have a vendetta against the Todoroki’s since he specifically calls attention to them and ONLY them when they’re in scenes together.)
tl;dr: I still think Dabi is Touya because of what we know about Touya and how unsatisfactory it would be if all this build-up was for Dabi to NOT be Touya.

wow...you are really changing my perspective on this..I think dabi is now lol thanks for this to be honest and this recent chapter does kind of already prove that there is some relationship between them but I also believe the whole using the body but that also contradicts because touya "died" a kid, how will they have a grown version of him? I'm so excited now!!
Aha - my theory on how they’re using his body is maybe Ujiko or whoever pulled a whole, swap-a-roo and switched out Touya’s body with a different one. Had the scarring on Touya already been pretty bad, it might have been a closed casket funeral. (I also think it’s interesting that the primary method of dealing with deceased in Japan is cremation - which is also the unofficial name of Dabi’s quirk.) I like the one suggestion above about using Touya’s body like they did with Oboro, but to me, too many of Dabi’s actions suggest that he has all of memories. If he was like Oboro, he’d definitely be more attached to the league than he is... if he really had his memories altered to that extent anyway. Either way, I’m also excited to see what Hori has in store for us lol
