cute but really simple.. imo kinda boring. i didn't enjoy it a lot but there was also nothing i hated about it

occult; dark legend, inherited curse, mer-people, possession. interesting story but not what i'm really into.. i also hated every time mc and ml interacted lol (except times after they declare love), but i also hated them both separately

loved the ending! didn't need the epilogue for me.. thought it was perfect ending without

near the end it got serious though. and i don't particularly like how chase actually ended up with joel. part of the comedy was that chase was so into an uninterested guy he totally couldn't get with. so it seemed a bit abrupt how joel started to reciprocate his feelings. also, chase as a person is annoying and fake aha

really disliked yuyang so did not enjoy story very much since he's the main. i liked li huan fine besides fact that his bf is yuyang.. after story didn't focus on them mainly, i found it much more relaxing to read. still a boring read in general for me.. appreciate crisp and architectural aspects of the art. didn't hate
