Let's highlights the most important words. SEXUAL INTEREST in prepubescent children and ATTEMPS TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL ACTS with prepubescent children.
Which means, it's NOT a pedophilia acts if the adults NEVER think of the child that way or ATTEMPTING SEXUAL ACTS towards the child.
Now, if you really read this manga enough to start judging and commenting here, Yuu NEVER think of Tsubaki IN ANY SEXUAL MANNER. He is not lewd, even the author has directly implied that he is a late bloomer in his age. He simply likes Tsubaki as a person, little brother. But recently he realized how important Tsubaki is in his life and he also become very conscious of Tsubaki's feeling. As important as Tsubaki is in his life, and how much he adores Tsubaki, although he never thought of him that way, he doesn't have the heart to reject him and let Tsubaki do whatever he wants. He blushes because he was conscious of Tsubaki's feeling and the fact that he didn't hate being the one Tsubaki love, which kinda make them in a "special" though not lover yet situation. It was clear that Yuu likes Tsubaki, but it's not yet clear whether he likes Tsubaki romantically yet or not, as Tsubaki is currently still "chasing" and "rizzing" him up.
Next is talking about Tsubaki, a 12 y.o child start thinking about Yuu in erotic way. BRUH. Note this. puberty STARTS even from 10 y.o. And 12 y.o is 6TH GRADE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. They're one step away from entering middle school and having wet dreams/menstruation.

Its not dirty unless you guys are looking at them in a dirty way. Stop. Maybe there are some that read this manga in weird way but most of us DON'T. We enjoy the pureness and cuteness of young and pure first love they have. We will never looked at it in sexual way until Tsubaki actually become a grown ass man. Tsubaki is cute. The naive Yuu is also cute. So the cute Tsubaki eagerly chasing after cute Yuu so sincerely is what makes our heart goes "AWWW".
And you guys know what? Everyone here is talkinga about separating fiction from reality. And although that's right, it doesn't even matter if you guys actually never saw it this way. It's as if you guys never had a young love before, liking a person a few years older than you. It's actually simply a story talking about this pure love yet everyone just kept spewing "pedophilia pedophilia". It that really the only thing on ur mind?
