It will be problem for the fans translator work spread on other website, publisher will email them about copyright and they have to remove it or maybe they can get sue. Mangasite like this don't care much because they just upload their works. Thats why they keep discrete about their works. Its not like they don't share but if you really want to read it ask around or search it first, there are alot translator works out there at their site.
the translators decided to go private after their tumblr came to the view of some lezhin authors and now they dnt wish to get reported again and disturb the author so they decided not to share it outside their blog.

yeah there will be so much agony at least Lucaon with himself and he won’t accept his feelings easily and I think that will be a couples of chapters until he settles himself down a little, the progress in their relationship is slow because it is so realistic with the burden of heavy emotions but it still hard for us :(
