He wants to but something always stop him and that Is called social anxiety many people have it and you probably have it I myself had it I’m sure the author is gonna make him have some confidence but it’s gonna come sooner because you can get bit by bit more confident. He is a good ml but he can get pretty annoying but you can always find someone annoying that’s just human nature He shows you, you don’t have to be cool and confident to get a badass girlfriend he’s progressing
