i love this manhwa sm, i'll put this on my faves now. started reading this because the doctor in the title caught my attention but the story was beyond my expectations, i love the fl so much omg i aspire to be her. the slow burn romance is just chef's kiss although im not really contented with the ending, i prefer to see more of their married life rather than the future and the history they made though it's still nice and elise is really amazing imagine all those title u have and making a lot of achievements that went to history. ahhh i don't i'll be able to find other manhwas on par with this

it's really good, i read it in one sitting tho but i highly recommend it actually i was a bit hesitant at first bc it started with bdsm and im not a fan of bdsm but it's not that hard the seme and uke's personality are switched lmao they're so cute
