What yoo-bum and sangwoo experienced wasn't love. Sangwoo who how do I say this um was like bad at love or understanding it. (his mother and father were both horrible parents). You-bum was never really experienced to love i guess. And he was abused by his uncle. I feel like if they both came from healthier homes. Then their relationship would have been so much more different. Many people saw the ending in different ways for me tho I saw it in a unhappy way. Like I felt sympathy for both of the characters. Sangwoo does deserve to pay for all his crimes. And yoo-bum didn't deserve to be in that situation. I kinda find it disappointing that people are kinda making fun of yoo-bums life by saying sangwoo could kidnap me or I will allow him to break my ankles. Because yoo-bum went through some serious trauma. Like one being kidnapped, get manipulated, getting raped, seeing your old abuser, having to decide whether he wanted to stay with sangwoo( the only person who cared for him (which sangwoo really didn't (he did but in a toxic way) or be free with no where to go. Sangwoo did go through some trauma but he still made wrong choices and needs to pay the price for them
