That's not what I'm implying at all. It’s so annoying when MCs in stories know that their love interest is a sex worker and can’t accept it. Like just break up if it’s a deal breaker. Don’t waste the other person’s time just because you don’t like their job.
Omae ni Dakareru Nante Kittenai is the only story I can think off the top of my head where the MC accepts that their lover is a sex worker. I think there are others but I can’t remember.
