If there was a chance to grant your the most desired wish, what would you wish for?

The only real wish I made was for my grandma to survive through her multiple cardiac arrests and surgeries this summer. I has been granted and she's perfectly fine now. c: Otherwise, I don't really have a wish at the moment.
