You still can do it but it's limited to desktop only and No putting desktop mode on mobile browser won't work. You'll have to open this site on your pc and add the tags that's it no other way

How do I add a page from manga to my album? And to show up in manga's photo, do I need to write the url normally or what?
If you're on mobile, you have to go on desktop mode while reading and turn off multipage reading. There'll be an "Add to Album" button at the top left. The link will be automatically added to the photo.
You can only turn off desktop mode by logging off btw.
