I mean I like the knight and he's sweet and everything but I truly feel like not reading anymore because all the pointers point to the mc being the one yet now because of a flower she is suddenly not the one?! Like she has the biggest potential to be the queen so I don't approve Rina at all like wth?! I was getting my hopes up wishing that she would be queen as she has guts and potential to stand up to people despite being a poor noble, yet now just because of a flower? A FLOWER!!!! the whole plot changes?! I normally enjoy plot twists but not this one man like omgeeeee even if it's cliche I want the mc to be the one to be queen I feel bad for Jade but still even he said that she can start a change and the best way to change is to be influential and the chemistry between the grand duke can be cultivated as the story lines up too well of the one in the garden. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
In conclusion, I really think this plot twist is shit and if this really continues I won't read this story anymore man like wth kept my hopes up man
there have been many signs pointing to rina being the true consort! not to mention it wouldn't make sense for teresse to become queen since that clearly isn't what she wants. she and the prince have barely interacted, plus having rina become queen fits the theme of the story: to surpass the roles forced upon you!
I think you're just looking at this from the perspective that "because teresse is the main character she needs to become the most powerful and also get the guy the everyone wants"
her goals in life are very different! I urge you to try looking over the events in the story with this in mind ^_^

Very subtle and super small hints yeah and I believe in her being absolute best candidate of being a queen like if she was a mc that was not super deserving to be queen I would encourage this sure but for me I feel like she could change everything so yeah part of me favours the mc but part of me just want a strong woman leading the way instead of it forever being a man that's calling shots and yeah I respect the way the story is going and I don't like it so I'm not reading it anymore ╮(￣▽￣)╭
