im so glad I decided to read this, this bangs goddamn. Im really picky with OP MC goes back in time for revenge stories, but so far this is coming along really well.
The MC isn't some super edgy generic black haired power fantasy? He's pretty with long hair and apparently won't have harem or romance? my god, its a dream come true

-dad is 100% mysterious and is probably a magician. Perhaps a descendant of Dragonians? or maybe descendant/reincarnation of the first mage, which is why Ian is so powerful

I'm only like 18chapters in and I'm getting bored of her saintly attitude, she's such a pushover. I'm sorry but I read these stories for the cathartic revenge, but instead this girl doesnt seem to care at all, not even when she's insulted to her face. Her idiot brother called her incompetent and fat and she was just like "hurry up" BRO TELL HIM 0FF!! HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT WOMAN JESUS CHRIST

Ugh. I like her mother a lot more, she's elegant, smart and actually fights back. If Iris forgives her brother and let's him in I might just drop this. I'm not here to see her act like an angel, I want her to get revenge and THRIVE.

I thought recently the series had been getting too peaceful, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. I knew it was too good to be true.

The tea party was going for so long because Mielle was keeping them there to act as witnesses probably. Maybe that's why she looked so intense when Aria said she may not be home that night because otherwise she couldn't blame Aria.
I think it's as someone else predicted, kill or incapacitate the father so that the brother takes over as the head and breaks off the engagement with the crown prince, and probably pin the death/accident on Aria too.

This feels like it should be something quite easily solved with the hourglass, but either Mielle somehow caught onto its importance and broke/hid it, or Aria wont be able to get to it in time and cant risk running for it because of how that would look.

I'm excited to see Aria fight again and Mielle's downfall, but I can tell this won't be easy... you can do it Aria!!

As I've said from the start, I LOVE smut, but goddamn I wish they would stop banging every chapter and get the plot moving again TT_TT the art is amazing and the smut is good (if a little not my cup of tea at times..,,, the 'forcing the balls out' scene ashdjfgk), but the plot and world building is so interesting, it feels like a waste that barely anything happens....

Also while I understand why people are uncomfortable with some of themes in this, by this point its very clear what kind of themes and relationships are like in this, so I think yall should move on if ur not comfortable with it. Its not going to get magically wholesome, and even if it did get more healthy eventually, other readers shouldn't have to put up with ppl whining about the problematic themes every chapter. We get that its toxic, move on.

Im so happy I decided to read this, this is amazing and refreshingly dark and complicated. Abby is an instant fave, and Scarlet is so cool.
Im guessing Randolph will be the ML? If so im not complaining, he's pretty cute.

I reckon during the time Hildegard disappeared in the war, either Elkin or his parents saved her and nursed, and that's why she finds his eyes familiar. Perhaps the parents died in a horrible way and so hildegard repressed the memories, or maybe she was found with them and after being "rescued" the kings men burnt them because it couldnt be known that northerners helped the sun knight?

This series is genuinely fantastic, I'm so glad I listened to my whims and decided to read it. I really like all the characters, especially Elkin. Its refreshing to have a healer/gentle ML with a badass strong fighter FL. I feel terrible because they're clearly very compatible with each other and are slowly falling for each other, but its such a struggle! Truly star crossed lovers...
I hope Elkin doesnt find out too quickly about Hildegard's identity because although he'll be angry, he'll love her eventually and may find it in him to forgive her... ish.

I liked the designs and premises but the dynamic is not my type at all. Ah well, it's rare that u see this type of dynamic so I'm happy for the ppl who do like it. Disappointed tho :(

Ugh, I don't like how Johan is acting. Sympathizing with Florre and struggling to accept Dahlia's cruelty would have been a good conflict, /if done right/. But instead, he appears to sympathize with Florre, reject Dahlia and then say "oh it was all for u Dahlia :)" didn't make sense at all. If I was Dahlia I'd be furious with him, Idc if he caught me as I fell or was "trying to protect my reputation", there were ways to help/calm down Dahlia without clearly sympathizing with Florre. It was either incredibly backhanded or bad writing. Dahlia should have been more angry about it tbh, considering how disgusted and mad Florre makes her.
He should have just ignored/seen through Florre's act, it would have been pretty cliche but at least tolerable. This weird half assed mixed was worse.

Is it just me or are the chapters kinda short/chopped off halfway? Why are we getting like 28 and 28.5??
I'd rather wait longer for the full chapter than a chapter cut off midway...
