Not technically blocking. The occurrence of the issue is not consistent. There r some who has the prob for days but are fixed now.
proton vpn because a lotta ppl were suggesting it in the comment section, and it works pretty well :3
just avoid the japan server because that doesn’t work

so i am also from ph and i thought that i’m the only one having problems on this website, like there are times na ‘yung mga picture or cover is glitching or cannot be seen??? and when i read one there’s this weird thing like it’s all white and question mark(?). and i am an iphone user btw.
