this! for the past like 10 chapters i've been noticing this, it's a little disappointing as a reader so I hope they take the time they need to rest and figure things out.
yea like it’s kinda distracting at times tryna immerse in the story when random lines on their bodies are popping out. but i hope whomever take a break if they need it and take their time
The author is right now in a month and a half hiatus because some serious damage they’ve suffered on their wrist or arm (I don’t remember exactly were was the damage)
For now enjoy what the author was able to give us before almost break their body
although it's sad to hear, i'm glad they're taking care of themselves.
i was ignoring the love triangle angle this whole time, saying maybe tristan just wants to be close to the person that raised him. but wtf is this??? whole chapter made me clutched my pearls i need this wren x tristan little arc to end tmr quickly

honestly i don’t mind how long this arc is, we’re getting backstories from every character, more cute moments, more sex scenes allat. idk i just loveee their relationship i would read a thousand side stories, fillers, and small plots just to see them together

i don’t get y’all what boundaries was broken with a smile? it’s his boss you have to be careful and kind around them which means you have to smile sometimes it’s not that deep. wtv intends the director has isn’t on shizuma… literally how is that his fault? minato is acting like a kid rn idc running away and disappearing bc you’re mad with no explanation is childish. he should’ve talked to his bf abt what is bothering him then and there. shizuma isn’t a mind reader, he’s oblivious at times but jesus yall acting like every action he makes is in spite of minato. just a mess

Setting boundaries isn’t something your partner should tell you to do, it’s something you should already be doing. Shizuma is def oblivious and that’s annoying. He also knows about Minato’s trauma. He also compared Minato to the boss about how the boss is more pleasant in social skills just to please the boss.
Him being happy that Minato is jealous is not right and him spending half a day with the boss eating sweets when he made plans for Minato isn’t right either. And he doesn’t make much boundaries. Boundaries include time and he let himself be dragged around by the boss to meet clients just to communicate for the boss, and he also was dragged to eat sweets for half a day and instead of explaining he has to go somewhere, he just didn’t.
His apologies are also quite shallow. I too feel Shizuma's apology is shallow. That's why in the last chapter Minato said to him "You don't get it".
And sure, you can check the prequel "Therapy Restart" extra 2 to see Minato's seriously apologize to Shizuma on the ferris wheel. Here's a small sneak peak:
"I'm sorry I didn't talk to you properly. I've resolve to trust Shizuma-kun. Despite that, small matters make me anxious easily. Though I know in my head Shizuma won't do such thing. I can't stop myself from having negative thoughts" (skip a few pannels) "I will get stronger so stay be my side and watch. Look, I told you my feeling. I haven't give up."
Shizuma's apology never came even close to this. Now this is how you apologize as an adult. I want this but reverse. I wanna see them both growing, not just Minato.

And when the boss told them to break it off, Minato only told him off a bit and went shopping with him as if the boss disrespecting and insulting his partner wasn’t a big deal. He’s too forgiving to someone who’s overstepping boundaries.
And when Minato is acting childish, at least he’s apologizing properly and he isn’t running away every single time. His trauma is making him quite insecure and he needs to work on that obviously, but his partner also should be taking this seriously when he knows he has trauma. Being happy that he’s jealous is just icky.
