Why was my jaw dropped that entire mature chapter. I’ve read so much smutty, raunchy shit, but this was sexy AS FUCK. Ines is so hot, we are so blessed with her character- probably like my favourite fl character design.
My first reaction to the ending was :/ Why did the author have 25687 side stories (which should have been another season) introducing important plot-lines only to not conclude them and leave us hanging: Dmitri/sniper, no proper get together with dad and Caesar/learning to juggle his time between the two , marriage, the new client Etc
At the same time (keep in mind I’m using the context of the shit translation) I guess the author maybe wanted a more ambiguous ending rather than a happy one that is concluded fully. The fact that Leewon doesn’t really respond to his love confession in the same manner but rather asks him to learn to apologise could show that they have so much more to work on and this can be translated to all of the other issues in the story- they are plots that will be worked on for years in their relationship and so at this current moment the solutions they have in place are working for them even if only by a thin rubber band. (There is no longer an immediate threat from dmitri, his father has accepted that he’s with Caesar, caesar already offering to help on his new client). And so this ending may have been most appropriate for a relationship such as this, that will always struggle.It would otherwise be redundant and nonsensical to give them a solid ‘all problems solved’ conclusion.
The peace of mind we get is that leewon, whether you agree or not, gives in, and compromises with Caesar no matter what he does and so in his own way loves him. Even in the end, asking him to learn to apologise is leewon forgiving him again for the latest issues they had and thanking him for opening up, showing he will be there for caesars growth. For me this is enough of an ending that I can assume in my head that they will slowly solve and sort through the obstacles and chaos around them and be happy in their own way.
Or maybe this is all cope for the fact that the author can’t write a coherent story after the plot twist rape scene and WE DIDNT GET TO SEE THEM GET MARRIED A LA DANGEROUS CONVENIENCE STORE STYLE ╥﹏╥. I’ll miss my beautiful, toxic king Caesar.

I know right? I actually wanted to talk about it because I know the lose ends doesn't reall suffice the ending and LeeWon just leaving everything to actions rather than words. Probably he's not that kinda guy, he is a lawyer. He knows words can be broken so he will stick beside Ceasar till the end. I so want to read the ones in the novel.
