Wasnt horimiya I just went and watched an EP but yes the one I'm talking about is a romance! Just not Horimiya I would said the anime I'm lookng for was made between like 2016-2019 prob around that time cuz it looks like it came from that time

I think it mightve been My Sweet Tyrant but tbh not sure it has very similar plot to that one but ml str8 up bullies the fl I remember a scene where he spilled milk on her (unless this is from a manga I read cuz Ive also ready similar mangas with bully x victim or whatever)

Basically in this anime the bf bullies/mistreats his gf bad and the gf likes it a lot but the bf feels bad everytime but does it anyways cuz he loves her. In the first EP you can see him doing that unlike in Horimiya they're already in a relationship since the first ep and I remember the bf's friend was around when the bf was making fun of his gf (it was something like that)
And when they're by themselves they just act normal and he's super nice
