It's totally the opposite Aeroc became Kloff's mistress. In thier first life Kloff forced Aeroc to take the pills that mutated him into an omega not birth control why would an Alpha take birth control pills? It doesn't make sense, I think you're mixing their names.

It doesn't make any sense that an Alpha would take birth control pills. And there is anyway an Alpha could become an omega without a cause (which is the mutation pills in this case) at least in this manhwa.
