I can't tell for sure, but I think that the boss just found out that the uke was gay and took advantage of it (meaning the uke held no feelings for the boss at all). But the poor thing got traumatized with this whole affair.
Loved the first chapter, so I couldn't resist looking at the raws for the rest, (and this isn't really a spoiler but if you like to go in 100% blind I'd stop reading), but after chapter 2, the story focusrs on other couples.
