I've seen some comments trying to sympathize w/ the new bf and I just wanted to spoil some things for you bc I HATE THIS PIECE OF SHIT and would like to change your opinion very quickly lmaoo

1. he knew MC was in a coma and where he was for those 5 years, but didn't tell Taejoon or his family even though Taejoon was depressed and suicidal.
2. The only reason Taejoon is dating the new BF is bc when Taejoon was drunk, the new bf basically raped him. And the next day he cried crocodile tears and Taejoon felt guilty so he "took responsibility".
3. He is insecure bc he purposely ruined a relationship, stole someone's bf, and manipulated someone into dating him. Yet he still has the audacity to say petty shit to our MC.
I hated him from the beginning without knowing all of this
He just gave me a bad vibe
Now i hate him even more
Please tell me that everyone will find out what he has done and taejoon will break up with him

oh no it was amazing, it was absolutely perfect for the story. I don't think there'll be any better ending for it. Even if it sucked, it just made sense. Classic Dokja sacrificing himself for the last time to save his friends, HSY losing her mind after finding out that his other half was somewhere else, YJH nearly dying when trying to save KDJ and everyone all going to the train to save kidified dokja. It was so freaking sad, but I honestly think if it ended any other way, i wouldve hated it more than the original ending

Is the novel worth reading? I heard mixed reviews and know that the Manhwa has diverged greatly from the original plot of the novel. Can someone also tell me what the differences are as well?

The difference i this is that the manhwa is dragging the story on like..SPOILER--- How Claude's memory should be fixed now when Lucas returned. In the novel when Lucas returned and Athy explained the situation in her 15th birthday Lucas gift was to hit Claude with the tree branch and it fixes everything the drama of father and daughter and so on.. the manhwa as of now already said Athy's 15 so yeah I think it diverging from the novel..

YES !! the novel is not as slow-burn as the manhwa rn, the manhwa was following the novel until about chap 80-85?? so yeah. if u want to ease your heart and finally be finished with all this angst, reading the novel is a great idea :))
