And if he the only heir we just have to move on to the nobility since by that point with all the rumors and truths or lies the commoners would oppose the prince right cause who would want a king like that with his macdonalds looking hair so you'd take advantage of those "high justice'' nobles who have large prides and be like “ would you want him to be king, that kind of person will be above you, would you want that ” or something similar since every noble is different:) and if you do succeed in that you have the doubts of both nobility and the common folk so the royal family has to get involved right and it was said first prince or is that a mistranslation. When the royal family finally gets involved thats were you release the big guns all the evidence of harassment also dude looks like he would take advantage of the taxes and would look down at commoners so thats a plus so at this point the royal family has two options remove him from the line of succession or cover up the whole thing but they can't do that cause ding ding ding the nobility we manipulated will get in the way so viola the obvious option is the first one so he gets humiliated, strip of the right to the throne.
