Hi i do remember people got cheated by Author for merch, but than I managed to find author's comment about the situation. It appeared to be true, not exactly "cheating" but not sending merch on time and so on. Author made a special chpt explaining about situation a long time ago which is why I cannot find the link to share. But she came out and apologised a lot and she said that she refunded to its customers, compensated too, not sure what exactly. But she even promised that she is not going to sell any merch anymore and even had to stop as a W E B T O O N original's and took down here previous work so that's why it can't be found on original sections anymore. Anyway, some people still try dragging her past mistakes which is kinda not fair for me. She is surely talented one, but the bullying for past mistakes are still there.

i suggest you look up more about her and decide yourself whether you still want to read her webtoon or not, but i'll admit that english resources lack info about her case aside from the 304th merch where she apologized in leadernim. from what i gathered around, the merch case was not the first time she did it, as her case started back in 2012, where she never finished/refunded some commissions. frankly, i think she apologized and prolly refunded because it went viral and she finally faced consequences ¯_(ツ)_/¯ well, you can still read the webtoon here in mango! ╮(￣▽￣)╭
