Yeah, only ML remember their past life memory for now. As for the rape, ML's brother rape mc first(during mc's heat). At that time ml kinda ignore/mad at mc because he stole some information his father demand, so he thought ml don't like him anymore and give him(mc) to ml's brother. So he ran out from ml's house and stay at his own house. Ml find him and find grape mark on mc's body (I forgot the detail of what happen after that) I think they kinda argue or something and then ml rape him and force imprint on him. Obviously mc traumatised because of that, he got grape twice.

But, like fr though, if this is it not yaoi, and got posted on webtoon I think it will be on or par with top action manhwa there. This zombie plot is really interesting. So many mysteries between the characters themselves.
I legit thought the cover is a very masculine woman. So yeah, this become my very first BL manga I read.

I think sensei got bored and decided to do side characters to keep the story alive while they thought out what to do next but after 10 years...it's better to just discontinue the series and call it a day. The creative process can be hard, I wouldn't be upset if it got dropped. I liked it enough to still enjoy it being incomplete.
I always come back for Ino’s story. It’s too short, but the most memorable to me. To be able to fully love someone knowing that your partner will growing old and die before your eyes is so painful but beautiful at the same time. I love those two so much.
