If I recall correctly..
The people in the pink things are from his old department and they constantly harassed him and all that shit till he finally snapped. Because of that he had to move departments and bad rumours about him spread everywhere and it seems like they hadn't had enough and are still messing with him. Oh and most of the people that are in his department believed in the rumours and didn't really get to know him.
(I forgot what the colourful things were called.. oh and some with the pink things were also from the.. umm... camera(?) department. I don't really remember.. sorry..)
