Basically (from what I can understand) Eve & Adam have memories from what happened in the past (Adam lost his eyes & possibly his life, Eve went mad, possibly died too? Or went on a rampage or sumn) and both have had their memories altered to exclude all the hurt so they wouldn’t go mad…? Probably?
