Jaekyung is bad but he’s not THAT bad, I feel like he could be worse I js think that he doesn’t know what he wants? Since he’s never been in “love” I understand that some people don’t like him but I honestly think that he’s gonna have some good character development. They’re going through the stage where everything is js miscommunication and when we’re past that I’m sure the story will progress smoothly. (And yes Ik we’ll probably be brushing past the rape and what not, but that’s literally most BL’s… sadly.)

I feel like old xian draws silly stuff until it gets super serious for a few panels and then back to silly cute stuff, there isn't really a plot but there is u know what I mean? And you kinda have to piece together the timelines of the chapters.
Personally I don't mind this type of laid back style because it feels like a little break to read about these 4 lol
