It was already revealed in the last season the he liked Kiwoon. If you really paid attention while reading then you wouldn't be shocked right now. Sorry that sounded kinda rude but I'm not mad, I'm just sad people didn't know that when it was a major part of the story that led to him not talking to his bestfriend.

I'm so sorry I really liked the story so I felt kinda alone that everyone didn't like it but came back for the last one. It's like what you feel when your favorite manga got an anime then got famous and you can't keep it to yourself anymore.
