they have the same hairstyle so I think that is the hint. and we know Sei has powers of 50% bettering everything (food and potions) which will probably work with magic spells as well (as for repelling miasma etc). Maybe Sei is the real "saint". They never did any tests, the prince just picked the younger girl as the saint and that was it. That was already weird enough and then it gets even weirder with him not "using" her when there was a need for it with the knights and then the bosses of institute trying to cover up Sei's powers that indicate that she may be the real "saint".
