Basically they're in an open relationship. I have a feeling that Itome only proposed they could do it with others so Akemi wouldn't feel constricted but since he's getting impatient with it he's been more irritated which is making him sleep with others more frequently? Aside from the 1st years, everyone in that club is hard to understand with their feelings since they're not very up front about them..
