Tbh I really like the slow pacing of the MC relationship because it isn't as fast paced and just as brushed off because you have to understand
A) one of the reasons they wont get together is because he wont let go of his fear of straight men always saying "I'm not gay tho" even though they have been together and he just gets hurt. And that is very realistic to me and i 100% can relate to this character because of this
B) the other character is facing his first time ever really expressing emotions to someone else after the passing of his mother so he has already moved on and is trying to help his (future) lover move on as well but sometimes people don't want the help so I understand
C) i understand why some of you are upset but by some of the comments that i have seen none of you could/ have experienced this but this is what happens to people sometimes but I understand the frustration just let the author take it as he pleases and calm down a lil
