Yep... still a masterpiece.
I like every single plot point, every single character in this. Idk what kind of Black magic the author used to write a story like this, but it worked on me.

I would have loved to see more though, especially from my girl Mami and my boy Shingo (?). Or even from the MCs yk how they got together, or them just being happy together. But I guess it's either you show everything or just don't show anything

On today's episode of is the ML psychotic or a psychopath?
The differrnce is that the psychopath knows that he isn't "normal" so he hides that ugly side of him, and is a great manipulator. If the ML's is in this case, this is pretty much a horror story, not romance.
A psychotic person doesn't knwo that what they do (Killing people for example) isn't normal. Their perception of reality is distorted, they're not manipulators, they don't try to hide that side of themselves. So it's not like you can even blame them.

The ML seems to have similar traits to both cases. I have no idea where this is headed to. Please don't make the do the davil's tango in the next chapter.

So, like, what was the point of the grape scene again?
Uke is down and dirty for seme and somehow can't touch anyone else but his perpetuator, and seme is keeping the uke close to him even if the whole point of the grape was to keep him away.
These authors really just want to use any occasion to use SA in their stories and 99% of the time the scene has 0 consenquences and is basically useless plot wise. It's like SA is a joke to these people. At least use it to raise awareness, not for funsies omg It's embarrassing

I wondered till the end who he'd end up with, I wonder how his life would have went if he had ended up with HW instead. I like how this was written, it wasn't too cliché, like, I was 100% sure I was having second lead syndrome while rooting for Jun at the start of the story, most stories would have went with the best friends to ennemies to lovers thrope. What a very interesting story this was lol
A lot of suffering, tho I think it was very realistic, like, I felt the bitterness through my bones.

They're both as toxic as the other.
One thing I really liked were the plot twists, specifically the one where Sasha is shown as depressed back in Austria, then we learn that he reporter Karel, and that he went to dance in Paris. The logical connection to make here is that he was depressed about being with Karel and being unable to dance, so he framed him for murder and fled. Then BOOM, everything gets revealed.

Anyways I hate both of them as people/lovers (not as characters). And I geniuinely hope not to meet anyone like either of them. But I guess They're happy together now so slay?

Now Levin is the biggest bitch, she really got the best man of the story, Julian. Like, the dude is perfect from head to toe. Choosing between and overly obsessive Karel and him in the early story, I would have probably jumped into his arms.

Anyways the story wasn't bad by no means, it's not like I disliked the MCs, I actually liked the way they were written. This is a very well written story, but then again the very dramatic, over the top and selfless love stuff isn't really my vibe. But it truly was good and well written.

Like, idk, make him go into exile? Throw him out of the town? Make him a "hound"?
I would understand why, in an apocalyptic world, there have to be rules, and how, if you make exceptions, the rule won't be followed by anyone, but...baseball bat?

Idk which direction Guwon's character is going into, but I hope the author won't butcher him. Make him interesting please I beg the yaoi gods he deserves a strong plotline.

Jian Yi has confessed his love to Zheng Xi, right? And the other one did accept his feelings, right? Did we not read the same story? That happened LOOOOONG ago but it DID happen. I kinda miss how dramatic this story used to be.
To me they are a couple and have been so for years now. I even remeber a kiss scene in the early story, and Jian Yi crying because it was difficult for him to accept his homosexuality. Like, I 100% remember that, how did y'all forget.
So no, they're not homies. The reason why the 2nd couple might get more screentime is because Jian Yi's and Zheng Xi's story already technically ended, since they are together (and that's what happens in most of fiction, if there are 2 couples, once one of them gets together we focus on the other).

Now I really really miss how this story used to be written. But I am aware that if the story had an actual plot line it was following, like in the first 200 chaps, this story would have ended by now. How do the chinese 500 chapter series end btw? I've never read any, does the author just stop uptading the everyday shenanigans of the characters or do they get back to making a plot someday and just end it like that??
