Apparently Okuda Waku is Ogawa Chise's twin sister. They both were brought up seeing each other's drawings so their artworks are very similar.
i look it up and it appears that this flower is gifted to bride. so it was like hey im gonna take your granso as my wife. so im kinda guessing whats with the formal attire . . . and the i want to spend the rest of my life with whatever path he chose declaration is very romantic though
