Any now and then I come back here because it’s comfortable and safe, hahaha. When it was still being serialised, I read it in Spanish and I can say this English version is rather poorly translated so it does impact a bit the flow of the story and interpretations, but it’s better than nothing (and it’s free!) so we can only appreciate the time and effort put on it. I love the small realistic details like the C-section scar and how strong the curly hair gene is (I find it hilarious how Woo Young wanted the baby to have straight hair as Cha but genetics goes “NOPE” and it’s the same for Ji Woo). I do like to skip the whole USA arc as the only good part of it it’s good boy Liam though.

What a dumpster fire! But a quite entertaining one… Not a single character is likable, specially Itsuki! I didn’t feel bad at all when he got beaten up and I wish he were at least more apologetic or grateful towards Miki and not a twisted little prick. The whole pick-and-choose (and return it) grandmother was the root of all evil in my opinion and so were the spineless parents who just went along with it. Miki is weak and wicked minded and of course he would be with the way he was brought up. He got raped by he senpai who was his first friend at the new school because the douche used him as a replacement for his brother and from then on Miki went down on a self-destructive spiral and I bet he was about to throw himself in front of a train when Takagi stopped him.
