The story is kindaaa mega slow paced, there’s so little story progression in 80 chapters I feel like the story will only finish after 500 chapters are done. Other than that it’s a simple read so far, not my cup of tea but I’ll be back after more progression is made. If I’d say anything, there is one thing I hate in the entire story, which is how the fl thinks that the moment ml and ogfl meet or even just make eye contact, that they’ll magically fall in love and the original story will start to take place? Like ok ignore the fact that it’ll never happen I guess♀ The only reason why the ml even was attracted to the ogfl was because she looked like his dead wife and he’s emotionally unstable that he’ll take the closest thing to her, aka her doppelgänger. It’s ironic how it was stated that her looks were a sort of wall that stopped them from “realizing their love for each other” but tbh it’s the only reason they were together at all. If a single feature was off on her like a different eye or hair colour, home boy wouldn’t have batted an eye at her. This is also why he won’t give a horse shit about her now, Cus he didn’t marry fl’s sister and her sister didn’t die either, so now if he did meet ogfl he would MAYBE think “oh, she looks like my sister in law, funny” if not he wouldn’t have noticed her at ALL and walked right by. He doesn’t have any emotional attachment to blond hair and green eyes so why tf would he give a shit if he met the ogfl? Lmao fl is going to be disappointed but let’s be honest this this the real story, the og story is smt like a self-insert fan made fanfic .
