No. I don't think Ophelia knew the future at all. She probably has bouts of visions everytime she passes out for too long. For example, when she fell asleep and just suddenly woke up talking about going to Tantaros sooner than she was supposed to and without provocation from Nix. That must be what Ophelia meant when she said she saw Alicia die and lived without her for 2 years.
And I've read too many of these kinds of novels to pinpoint the probable path of reasoning this would take. As in—the book the goddess showed Alicia isn't a set story but only one possibility. In manhwas like these, gods usually show the future to certain characters in the appearance of books but they are never set in stone. Most of the time, they're shown that way as to prod the MC to change the outcome of it. In this way, that might have probably been the best way the goddess had to show Alicia the future and to help her find a way to escape. And Ophelia, being closer to the goddess, wouldve had access to visions. As in, the book isn't real and never happened probably, and no, Ophelia doesnt know everything in the future since she was visibly confused about Alicia's allegations (ie she doesnt even know about her marriage to Nicholas) so it might be that the goddess showed Alicia an idealized story of a hero, and also showed Ophelia a different vision altogether (where she lives for two years mourning Alicia's death).
They're being used by the goddess as tools to keep the dark god away. And the stuff the goddess showed them wasnt a set future at all but just possibilities
