Isabella and Cesare will be having sex and our MC caught them. MC will cancel her forced engagement. The emperor forced MC and Cesare to get engaged. Isabella seduced Cesare as Cesare is filled with frustration as he cannot win MCs heart despite being engaged. MC will use the opportunity to break away with Cesare. Hope that helps.
