It looks like Seo Ilmo is looking for kinship, though I reckon Ah-in may be about as happy about it as when a cat victoriously drops a half-dead mouse for their human on their doorstep
Also, I thought it really interesting how that story about the dog could be taken as both a metaphor for what Seo is doing with Ah-in now, and how dangerous it might become for Ah-in if he reveals himself as unable or unwilling to "stomach" Seo's tastes.
And at the same time also for the way Ah-in gave his cheating ex boyfriend everything without receiving love in return – and Seo wanting Ah-in to be like himself, and probably kill him to "take everything back" or something...
(And first off, just to be clear, for my part, I actually do support my favorite mangas / manhwas. Either way, mangago is my favorite site for the comments, though. Also, ironically, I probably wouldn't be reading and supporting this story if I hadn't seen a recommendation on this site - so things are sometimes slightly more complex than they may seem at first glance.)
I'm afraid there are far worse issues than the readers reading on sites like this one because they genuinely don't have the option to do so from the official sources, though.
In my opinion, what we also need is raised awareness about what the official platforms themselves are doing to the authors. Like the fact that for instance Lezh. actually takes 70% (!!!) of the author's money from paying readers who support them, or the fact that they charge their authors with horrendous fines (we're talking potentially thousands of usd here) for missing deadlines. Of course this is going to make it a lot harder for the authors to support themselves, and also contribute to toxic stress and constant pressure regarding the deadlines. Personally, I was absolutely appalled when I found out about this, because as a reader, it is far more important to me that a story I like maintains its quality and the author their health long-term, rather than whether some chapter comes out a few days sooner or later. And I hardly see anyone talking about this stuff at all.
Remember that, whether or not someone who genuinely doesn't have the option to read on the official platform for financial or regional reasons stops reading (because that's factually all they can do - if purchasing is not an option), WON'T objectively speaking make a difference for the author's situation at all.
What's far more important is that:
1) Any people who *do* have the option do their best to support the author at least as much as they can (e.g. if you can at least access Lezh., you can claim free coins etc.),
2)(and I believe this is VERY important in cases like the one that has been discussed here) Bullying the author - whether you're an inofficial or *even* official reader, should be an absolute no-no! (And I don't mean constructive criticism by this. This issue is mainly about people being trolls.)
AND 3) For those who genuinely care about the health and situation of the authors - in my opinion, what really needs to be done most is to also raise more awareness on how the *platforms* are exploiting the authors, and let them know that - as their customers - we find this unacceptable and demand change for the better. But this would take an actual big amount of people. If, for instance, everyone started writing to / about them regarding this on social media, maybe they might actually be more pressured to improve the conditions for the authors.
Now, regarding this particular case - what I'd be really interested to know is whether there is any way to support YD *directly*, OUTSIDE of Lezh.

@Everyone who hasn't yet, I *very* much recommend checking out the remastered full color webcomic version of this that is currently ongoing on webnovel.
It's not on here and Asura Scans only did a couple chapters as well, but it's actually already at 38 chapters on Webnovel, and the art is really absolutely top-notch. It's really incredibly beautifully done (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice this before.
The title is the same, and to my knowledge, it isn't on here (I think it's possible it may have been overlooked due to the title being the same).
The first 10 chapters are already free here on webnovel (insert "n" for * in the link ;) ): http://www.web*ovel.com/comic/the-king's-avatar_17959825305729101
And I believe you can find it on some other sites if you search for King's Avatar webtoon.

So it's 100% confirmed now. The kidnapped person is Mr. Cheating Boyfriend Gold Digger ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
And Seo Ilmo made him call Ah-in.
Same. But, tbh, I'm only conflicted due to being worried about what this will do to Ah-in. That trash guy may not be worth it, but poor Ah-in still seemed extremely shaken and incredibly scared for him, and he's already been through enough, damn it ┗( T﹏T )┛
Now, if he'd just done away with him silently, without dragging Ah-in into it... well, let's just say I might not have been quite as concerned ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
It looks like that IT guy might now try to blackmail Seo Ilmo, since he was obviously saving that file (and I'm assuming it's quite likely he looked through the contents after that before telling Ah-in it was unrecoverable). If so, I'm curious to see how that goes for him... Usually, things tend to not go very well for people who try to blackmail killers ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Either way, Ah-in should have definitely insisted to keep looking over his shoulder the entire time. With sensitive files like this, that should be common sense. Though I suppose it's understandable that he was distracted due to being extremely worried about his friend at the time.
I *somehow* already had a hunch that the bestie was more likely to end up in hospital rather than killed or even kidnapped. But I was still worried. Thank the manhwa gods for small favors (¬▽¬ )-3 On another note though, it doesn't seem 100% clear yet if it's actually already the cheating boyfriend who has been kidnapped? It may be someone he gave the watch to, for now? Honestly, with this author, I'm not trusting anything until I see it clearly ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ (But I guess that's precisely the reason why the story has been so good and interesting, so far.)
Well damn, well damn. Well damn.
This sure seems to be picking up pace fast now

By the way - can't believe it was actually Seo Ilmo who called Myeong-Jun that ambulance. Is he trying to ingratiate himself to us readers or something? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
On the other hand, if the author of the story wanted to make us feel even *less* sorry for Mr. Cheating Boyfriend Asshole - I guess mission accomplished (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
This chp blown my mind , I mean he is really brave to play blind even ,Though he knows he is not I super salute him

It looks like he even went ahead and abandoned the real pretense though, since he just took off his glasses and ostentatiously looked at him straight (without that trick with the eye he normally always uses to pretend something is wrong with his eyes). That seems even more brave to me, though... At that scene, I was like: (⊙…⊙ )
