From what I have understood, Black Mirror is a story about the dark side of humanity. It tells us that we all have living dark and malicious side in all of us, and in Yeon Woo and Jun's case, they accept themselves to be completely at paradise. They accepted their malicious sides because they knew that humanity has no hope left in this world.
We all have our own intentions and we will always get to the point of using other people to satisfy what we need and that must be why, Yeon Woo and Jun also chose their happiness, even up to the point where they don't care who'll they sacrifice anymore. Plus, the terrible childhood traumas that they had all contributed to the fact on who they are right now.
I also think that their "Evil Twins" are just metaphor to what the author wants to convey, and that is we all have our own evil in us and that Yeon Woo and Jun chose to be eaten by their dark sides as they already know that being good, fake and choosing other people's happiness is pointless.
Note: Again, this is just my own perception from the story. I won't deny to myself that I am still confuse but I think that I somehow have a grasp about the moral of the story.
