I hope this arc ends now. As much as I like the story, it's been dragging for too long, and the updates time make it even worse.

It could've been a better read if the story also include some backstory about the mc and the stalker. This is rushed. I need to know why the mc is so compliant and why is the stalkers a stalker? He really wasted all that talents.

Sure, let's say they had somewhere to put it. Penelope chose to keep her weapon close to her because everyone is hostile to her—also who knows what the crown prince would do to her if he saw her (remember how he cut her throat last time?) I think it's totally justified, I would want to have a weapon close to me too if death was around every corner.
It will be a painful read, but I'll keep reading just to see Yurigel and that dumb king got what they deserve. And I hope the queen got a bit of good ending for herself, even just a bit.
