I've pretty much stopped reading yaois more than a year ago. Last yaois I've read were Korean webtoons. They're much better than yaoi mangas, especially in the story department. For example: At the End of the Road, Never Understand, Moritat, Warehouse, Raising a Bat.
But even those I've stopped reading because the new ones are either too silly or just have smut and no interesting characters.
There are some very good mangas, only it haven't been updated for ages.

This manga is a true masterpiece. The plot, the characters, the romance - oh I just love them all. Most yaois are very pale in comparison to this one. Well except yoneda kou's works of course. She's another great author.
I agree! Just left a comment about the lack of compelling back stories and originality in the BJ Alex comments, and a bunch of people down voted. I wasn't insulting anything; I love plenty of repetitive things, but it is what it is.
But yeah, I love Yoneda Kou and Shimizu. They're both awesome. You have great taste.
