Kaz like question

Hey, this is going to be quite a long rant so please don’t read/interact if you’re overwhelmed by other people’s emotional baggage :)

Just like most of you this year, the pandemic has taken a toll on me and left me completely burnt out. Waking up every morning to go to school is such a struggle for me since I am always tired even though i sleep early. I am behind on my revision and I have a big exam coming up next month. I haven’t been studying for any of my tests and i leave everything to last minute. Recently I even went to the hospital because i was feeling very sick because of this pressure. I don’t want to share this with my friends because i dont want to make them feel pity for me or overwhelm them with my problems and I can’t ask my parents for help since we aren’t on good terms :/
does anyone have any advice on how to get myself out of this situation? also thank you so much for even bothering to read this, i hope you have a great day
